Received the pyrite today in perfect shape. Thanks for the fast delivery.
The pyrite looks absolutely fantastic, and my students will love receiving

We received the ammonite fossil and model that we ordered last Wednesday, 10/20. It arrived Friday, 10/22, as you thought it would.
It was a hit with the boys, 4 and 5.
Thanks for all your help on the phone, picking out a good specimen and all. We'll very likely be in touch soon to do some Christmas ordering.

Hi Al the fossil arrived this evening in excellent
condition. I showed it to the neighborhood kids after I unwrapped it and they
were all quite impressed. "gee he was eating that little fish huh?" and they
also enjoyed seeing the specimen on the opposite side of the block too. I think
you are certainly right, one can make out parts of the sushi :) inside the
Mioplosus. I showed the kids with a magnifying glass. Naturally I held the
rock! I believe one can see some of the vertebral column of the Knightia
inside the Mioplosus, so it looks to me. Thanks as you can see, I am enjoying
my fossil. Jane

Dear Al, well my birthday arrived last week and I was finally able to unearth the cat skull that had been fossilizing in my basement for two months. It is a beauty. Kudos to the artist as this looks and feels like an authentic fossil. I can't make out the artist's name clearly as it is a signature, but this replica is a keeper. Even my ho-hum kids were impressed. Thanks for brokering that deal for me and let me know if he/she produces any more replicas of this quality. w/ best regards, Bill

Just to let you know it was my son's birthday yesterday and he was absolutely thrilled with everything he received. He could not believe what he got with all the different kinds of fossils, dinosaur bone and the mammoth set. He has already completed two dig kits.
Thank you so much

Professors of Biology Paul Resslar and Vic Townsend unveiled the newest addition to Wesleyan’s natural history collection on the first floor hallway of Blocker on Jan. 6. Ichthyosaurus intermedius was a Jurassic-period predator, the reptile equivalent to a modern-day dolphin. The creature died out 65 million years ago as a result of a large meteor.
While it lived alongside the dinosaurs, Ichthyosaurus was not technically a dinosaur, according to Resslar. The creature was an air-breather with snout-mounted nostrils. Its four legs evolved into flippers, as did its tail. It mostly survived on a diet of fish and small marine invertebrates. The life-size figure is a replica of a fossil discovered in 1826 in Lias, England. The original is on display at the British Natural History museum, and Wesleyan is the only college to have such a replica.
Costing $4,500, the fossil is intended to be the lead part of a collection of real and replica animal bones and fossils. The collection includes skulls of possums, wolverines and some rare and antique monkey and ape skeletons. The college also has three human skeletons. The collection is valued at over $30,000. Among Wesleyan’s other fossil replicas are an allosaurus skull, a full raptor leg, impressions of dinosaur eggs and footprints, as well as several smaller fossils and a stegosaurus backplate.
Townsend has been working on building the college's natural history specimen collection, utilizing help from a number of sources nationwide. The Ichthyosaurus replica came from Two Guys Fossils in Boston. The discovery of the original fossil gave rise to new modes of thinking. At the time, scholars thought that the earth was only 6,000 years old and created by God. After bones of clearly extinct animals began to turn up, though, thoughts on the origin of Earth and its species began to change. The clear evidence of a past variety of life - and of a lack of today's animals in that record - helped to challenge previous ways of thinking.
"This is the perfect specimen for a liberal arts college," said Resslar. Wesleyan president William T. Greer Jr. called the specimen a "real coup for the college."

Dear Al:
We just wanted to thank you for providing such spectacular relics!!! Our entire lives we've both wanted to own a piece of history and you've made that dream a reality! The Carcharadontosaurus saharacus teeth, the Bahariasaurus teeth set, and the stingless bee in amber were beautifully preserved. Your creative packing and shipping has allowed my many pieces to arrive safe and sound. I appreciate the time you spend putting my orders together. You have the best Moroccan fossils I have ever seen. We have recommended your website to many friends and colleagues.
Keep up the good work-
Sincerely-
Mr. Mike and Dr. Lisa Dearmore

Hi, Al, I received the stegosaurus rear mandible today. I got to thank you again for calling me about it. When I opened the package my jaw simply dropped. The picture really didn't do this gem justice. Had I seen the actual specimen, it wouldn't take me more than a second to make the purchase. I've been looking at it for more than an hour, man, the details are just great. The bone was extremely delicate on this piece, but it arrived safely thanks to Mr. Simon's careful packing. Now I have another Morrison classic in my collection.
Thanks again.

Hi,
Al
August 19,2003
I gave one of you two guys an order for inflatable dinosaurs
on Monday and I just want you to know I was very pleased with the way I was
treated. First of all I could talk to a person! And he could answer my questions
with no hesitation or checking with some one else.
To be truthful I contacted one of your competitors first.
Since I had questions I sent them an email on Saturday-------still no answer. On
Monday I called and got voice mail. So I found you. Glad I did.

I received your gifts for the children at my school and say to you a very
sincere "Thank You"!
I shall get my principal to write an appreciation letter and also have some
of the children write a letter of thankfulness also.
Most sincerely,
Dave Mell
PS It may take a little while since we are presently on summer break.

Al, Thanks for the woolly mammoth hair and bone! The bone has some nice
contours and the piece of hair was more than expected! My wife thought I got
it from our bathtub drain and I said if the hair fits then what can I say! I
think she was jealous of the color, she's looking for the shade as we speak!
Thanks again,
Dave Baumgartner

Dear Al,
Absolutely extraordinary! As I sit in my
easy chair and view my fossil collection my mind is amazed
that I was actually able to acquire what I had always thought was only for
museums.
As a young man I hung breathless on every word of the classic work by Sir Aruthur Conan Doyle,
" The Lost World ".Never did I dream that some day I would have my very own part of that prehistoric world.
" Two Guys Fosslis " has , and is making a young man's dreams come true.
Al, my hat is off to you

Hi Al -1/30/03
I have just received my Archaeopteryx wall plaque, and I could
not be more pleased with it
I have just recently visited the Dino Birds exhibit at the Natural
History Museum London where they hold the original specimen. I would struggle to
tell the difference between that and the one now hanging on my wall.
I will definitely be making another visit to your excellent site in view to
acquiring another fine item.
Many thanks

Dear Al,
just a short note to let you know that the fossils came in today
Everything is just wonderful. Thanks for the checkbook cover but the
checkbooks here a lot larger so it couldn't fit in. I appreciate this anyway
and I'll still keep it. I'll be saving up for another order which I hope
will be soon. Thanks again for the great stuff.

Dear Al Prandi, January 14, 2003
After I experienced your excellent service to me, although I just a little buyer from Indonesia, I think it is fair for you and your store to receive a good comment from me.
I am very happy to get the dinosaur replicas that I very want, especially the two T-rex replicas from the Boston Museum of Science Collections. I had sought that T-rex replica from many dinosaur stores for months ago, but that replica have became extinct from that stores. I was hopeless to get that T-rex replica. But while I found your store, that is the TwoGuysFossils.com, I saw that T-rex still survived in your store until now. Now I am very very happy to have the two T-rex replicas from Boston Museum of Science Collections because of your kindness, patience, and excellent service that you gave to me. Thanks very much. May God bless you.
Best regards
