This is one of the finest and most accurate reconstructions of the most famous dinosaur of all times. Paleontological artist William Burford created this limited edition model at the request of a leading model company with the mandate to incorporate the latest theories based upon recent discoveries, such as Sue of the Chicago Museum of Natural History. Notably, the enhancement of the muscles in the forearm, the shortening of the tail and the more bird-like structure of the legs.
Although Tyrannosaurus has been surpassed in length as the largest, upright, meat-eating dinosaur, no other creature conveys the ferocity of the 7.5 ton carnivore. The highly evolved body of the T-Rex made it more than a match for any contender to the throne.
